After a number of tips we received from Stabicad users, we have made it a lot easier for you to start a BIMme discussion or to create a case. From Stabicad version 11.12 onwards you can ask a question to thousands of peers on BIMme or create a case for our support engineers directly from StabiBASE.
In StabiBASE, a BIMme menu has been added, including the following two options:
Find answers to frequently asked questions in our knowledge articles or ask a new question to other MEP engineers.
Ask your question to our Service Desk. When you create a case, you will receive a response or solution within eight working hours. Can't wait that long? Then create a case first and call the helpdesk.
Thank you for creating a case before contacting our support engineers. In that way, we can help you faster and better because we will have your data at hand and we then can link the right support engineer to your question.
